Vendors - space is outside, first come first serve. Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Contact us after paying your booth space, so we can add your name and logo / link to the vendors page.

By signing this document, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless all participants, volunteers, land owners, and testers, as well as organizers of this event located at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in St. Helens Oregon for any injury incurred to me or my dog(s) while attending this event and any activities prior, during or after this event.

I further agree to pay all costs for any or all damage inflicted by me or my dog to any person, animal, or property. I give my permission to have my picture or my pets picture taken at this event. I also agree to pay all costs incurred enforcing this agreement.

I am also aware there are certain standards for behavior that must be met to ensure the safety of all attending. If I behave in a way that endangers other people or animals I will be asked to leave.

I also attest that my dog(s) are current on all vaccinations and is up today on all medical care. I agree that my dog has no parasites as well as is free of any diseases or illnesses that can be passed on to other dogs.
